Travel medical insurance must cover the intended Schengen stay, all Schengen states, emergency medical treatment and repatriation, with at least EUR 30,000 cover.
Complete the application on France-Visas and print the final application/CERFA and receipt. France-Visas also publishes official downloadable PDF forms.
